Our return policy is for all glassware and plants. If items arrive broken or defective, take photos of defective or broken items and send the photos to us here. Simply attach photos with your receipt order number within 21 days of purchase for a full or partial refund or replacement. Just let us know if you want a refund or replacement in the comments section.
